Our first Basset Hound was CH Bow-Ridge's Class Exemption (Tugg).  He was purchased in March, 1982.  Tugg was purchased as a pet but we were encouraged to show him and had great success with him.  He became a champion at 11 months old.  We purchased our 2nd Basset Hound - CH Bow-Ridge's Saucy Student (Ellie) in Sept, 1982.  She became a champion just before her 1st birthday and finished with a BPIS.  She also was Best of Opp. Sex at the BHCC speciality, in 1984.  These 2 Basset Hounds were the start of Wilburdan Basset Hounds.  In 1987 we purchased AM/Cdn CH Oak Park Kodachrome from the US.  His sire was A/C CH Stonewall JFK and his dam was Am CH Bow-Ridge's Liberty (Tugg's sister).
